Benefiting from a traditional hand tufted finish and a soft and durable Egyptian white cotton fabric, this mattress is designed with comfort and support in mind. Hand tufting is the best way to ensure the fillings are held securely in place and is achieved by passing tapes through the mattress at regular intervals. Cotton tufts are then fitted to both sides of the mattress. This helps the layers of white fibre fillings to retain their fullness and plumpness over time. The interior is made up of hourglass shaped open coil springs, set out in rows running from head to toe and connected to each other by a series of spiral wires. To prevent border breakdown and provide edge to edge support across its width, a thick rod-edge wire is attached to the perimeter rows of springs. To enhance its longevity, support and comfort, we recommend that you rotate and flip the Comfort Tufted mattress over on a regular basis.
