Using water-based paint only, the Gustav range is hand painted so brush strokes will be visible, leaving an attractive finish. Other features include; end sections that are lightly sanded to give a distressed, matte look and traditional dovetail, drawer joinery with wooden drawer runners for smooth opening and closing. This Gustav chest of drawers is made from solid poplar wood and MDF ensuring a sturdy build. Rib panel detailing on each drawer adds a modern twist to traditional quality and design and makes it easy to style in both modern or more traditional interiors. It’s taller in height than most chest of drawers which makes it a good choice in bedrooms with limited space and of course thanks to five drawers which gradually increase in depth, storage won’t be a problem.
