Hand tufting is achieved by passing tapes through the mattress at regular intervals and securing them on both sides with cotton tufts to ensure the fillings are held securely in place. At its core is a traditional interior made up of totally independent pocket springs. Each spring is housed in its own cloth sleeve, providing piston-like support to the sleepers body.
