The Body Sculpture Power Band Resistance Set has three different thickness sizes, 0.35, 0.50 & 0.65mm – the thicker the band, the higher the resistance as they are more difficult to stretch. They are lightweight and portable, easy to use on the go and are made of durable latex rubber. They can be used for speed training, agility drills, jump resistance, as an alternative to standing cable exercises, general resistance training or as part of a functional fitness programme. They can also be used for increasing strength and power by connecting to the end of barbells and anchor points near the floor (usually on a squat rack) – they then add additional resistance to exercises such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses.
