The Body Sculpture Multi Resistance Training kit consists of 5 adjustable tubes for varied resistance. 1 x door anchor, 2 x ankle wraps, 2 x handles, 1 x carry bag. The 5 tubes are a different thickness, the thicker the tube, the higher the resistance as they are more difficult to stretch. Black – diameter 12mm x thickness 2mm x length 123cm. Blue – diameter x thickness 5mm x length 123cm. Purple – diameter 6mm x thickness 6mm x length 123cm. Green – diameter 7mm x thickness 6mm x length 123cm.
