The open coil springs are laid out in rows, running from head to toe and connected on both sides into one single unit by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To offer enhanced strength and support to the finished unit, a heavy gauge outer rod-edge wire is fitted around the top and bottom of the perimeter springs. Its matching divan base comes with a series of options that allow you to choose your base type, drawer storage if required and castors or silver glides.
